    / :For me personally I’ve never had issues with Costa service before, today’s was beyond a joke. The staff themselves, both nonchalant and more concerned about gossiping on their headsets. A incident of a lady walking into the counter with her tray, in which she’d spilt scorching hot liquid on her wrists, in which the staff quite honestly didn’t even blink an eye lid, other customers helped the lady in which you’d expect the manager or staff to check her burns, recommend cold water or just something, but not even an ‘are you okay’ just continued getting on with working, which is poor customer service and just a genuine lack of empathy. The lady who served us at the till was left with mopping the mess in which she’d huffed to herself ‘why do I get left with this job’ from working in customer service, that wouldn’t be tolerated. Bare in mind we’d bought cakes and toasties in which the cake was shoved in the wrapper which defeats it being over £ quid as it is was then squashed. The overall service compared to other Costa’s was slow, poor customer service and just genuinely looked like the staff were there for a good laugh rather than consider their customers.

    First time visiting Bradford. Came to this drive through and met with a server who needs a cookie to stick a smile on her face and you'll know who it is and who I mean when you visit. I ordered and I then was asked to take a seat as I was awaiting my order and it would be given to me. After waiting I had to go up and ask and the tray was waiting for me. I said its okay ill grab it as I was told I would be given my order at my seat. I was told yeah that is why we were about to go give you your order with... I was then met with some giggles from the sidekick whos working the drive thru who may assume the position in agreeing with chuckles. Cake served was stale and another server changed it and again after taking a seat some more pathetic giggling. Chuckles and her comrades made it a very horrible for someone who was just made a flying visit and who won't be returning. I will also be making a formal complaint on the lack of customer service skills but got the idea it was to do with not falling under the right shading!

    Ordered two Frappes and an iced Mocha and went through the drive through hoping it would be quicker.I was asked to wait in the parking bay and they would bring out the drinks to us (no problem). After minutes of waiting, nothing, so went in to ask where our order was. By then they had only prepared the Mocha, no Frappes in sight, but told they would be a few more minutes. So another minutes later the drinks were finally brought out. So all in all minutes to get my drive through order. I know making the Frappes and drinks takes time, but minutes, but too much time.

    Asked for a whole milk latte, instead they added syrup, I like my coffee to taste of coffee. When I asked to switch my drink the cocky female said we don’t do that as I didn’t bring it back immediately. The previous manager Lindsey would never let her staff speak like that to customers. I didn’t argue and just ordered a new regular latte. Cup was extremely light which normally means my latte will be frothy (see photo below). Again I complained, the manager and cocky checkout girl started muttering to themselves. Then she replied “I think it’s an excellent latte, Ryan’s been making drinks for years”. All this without tasting it, glad she’s not a judge on masterchef. I replied it was below average, as most costa baritas are able to deliver a latte without % froth. Manager remained quiet throughout, didn’t apologise or ask to remake. Instead, let the cocky checkout girl smirk whilst I begged to differ. That’s nearly £ wasted in this Costa. Not happy, wont be returning!
